During your next visit you decide that it is time to discuss the situation with the manager. Not only does he apologize, he also mentions that he has spoken to him/her about this issue in the past. That last comment probably should have been kept to himself; now, you can’t help but wonder if this employee has had complaints about the same thing before, why are they still working here?
